This is something we all have an issue with. That is if your boat is more than a few years old. Our boat is a 1997 18' x 86' Sumerset. I wasn't pleased with the looks of the hull and started my search for something that would make it look new again. I found it and it has to be one of the best and easiest products I have ever used. It comes in gallon jugs and has recommended dilution strengths. I tried it as directed and found it not to work to my satisfaction. I worked backwards on strengths and landed on 50% cleaner 50% water.
This stuff was amazing. You simply pour your new solution in a typical pump style garden sprayer. Sit on the dock and from the bottom of the hull working upward start applying the cleaner. Do this in about 3 foot sections at a time. Once applied use your wash brush to simply even out and prevent cleaning runs. When finished brushing lightly apply another coat in the same manner. Repeat the light brushing as done the first time. Wait about 60 seconds and rinse well with fresh water from the garden hose. You will be amazed with the results. Your boat hull will look new again. I mentioned our boats size for comparison purposes. It took 4 gallons of product mixed 50/50 which yielded 8 gallons used to do the job. Once finished they also have a product that will help seal it and keep it looking great for months to come. This is a wash away sealer and will not keep the hull from turning again over time. When it does however need it again simply start the whole process over again. Remember it took years for it to get that way and most likely years to get that way again. So the bottom line here is a very inexpensive fix that has awesome results in how your boat looks.
